Terri Bradley, CPC
Practice Management Consultant
Terri Bradley’s extensive hands-on experience, including management of a multi-doctor Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery practice, laid the foundation for her current success as a speaker, consultant and medical coding expert. She keeps her finger on the pulse of policy updates and changes in the insurance industry as she works with OMS offices daily.
In 2008 Terri founded Terri Bradley Consulting and then in 2016 she launched OMS Billing Solutions as an extension of Terri Bradley Consulting.

As an engaging speaker, Terri is in demand and has presented to the Society of OMS Administrators (SOMSA), the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, several state OMS societies as well as many private practices across the country. Terri’s signature course Untangling the Web of OMS Billing is consistently a well-attended seminar.
Terri has been published in the Fonseca Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Textbook; Third edition Chapter 8, Dentistry IQ, CDT 2017-2021 Coding Companions, and she also co-authored the publication “Dictations and Coding in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery” which was released in the summer of 2017.
Terri is a member of MGMA, AAPC, and was one of the founding members of SOMSA.
Jamie Leos brings a fresh approach to Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery with her hands-on experience managing specialty practices and passion for relationship intelligence. She has worked in various administrative roles since beginning her career in large healthcare organizations, finally leading her to discover her niche in private practice where healthcare is personal. After spending the previous 15 years managing specialty practices, she looks forward to sharing her knowledge and experiences to help others achieve their goals and dreams.
Her expertise includes revenue cycle management, process improvement, project implementation (including EMR), and staff development in healthcare management.
Jamie is passionate about communication. She obtained the Core Strengths Facilitator certification after working hands-on in the platform for over two years. This firsthand experience motivated her to obtain the certification to share with other individuals through professional coaching and healthcare practices to develop the desired culture in the workplace.
As a Colorado native and Colorado State University graduate, Jamie enjoys all that Colorado has to offer. From snowboarding, snowshoeing, hiking, and biking, she enjoys breathtaking views and spending time with her family.

Practice Management Consultant
Sarah Leath's vast experience with multi-speciality dental groups led her to the field of Oral and maxillofacial Surgery. Having worked in every position in an OMS practice provided her with all of the tools she continues to utilize today to assist OMS practices in achieving their goals. She is a speaker, consultant, and an EMR expert. She stays current with technology and industry trends in order to provide optimal solutions for her clients

In 2006 Sarah started her first company, Right Eye Consulting.
When she launched DentalCare Solutions in 2017, she merged both companies together to provide Consulting, Training, eLearning, and billing solutions.

Sarah is passionate about education, training team members, helping practices increase profits, and streamlining their daily routines. She especially loves bringing laughter and fun to their work environment.

Sarah is a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Speaking Empire, Dental Entrepreneur Woman, and Successful Women Made Here. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Sarah is a true Indiana Hoosier at heart. She loves IU basketball, the Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and of course Notre Dame football---AND she couldn't be a true Hooiser without being a fan of the Indianapolis 500.
